Two charged for break and enter/unlawful use offences, Mt Gravatt

Detectives from Upper Mount Gravatt CIB have today charged a 16-year-old Kingston boy and a 17-year-old Woodridge woman with a total of 34 offences as part of Operation Strychnine yesterday.
Operation Strychnine is an operation targeting property crime offences in the Upper Mount Gravatt Division.
Police will allege the pair were involved in a number of break and enter incidents as well as a number of unlawful use of motor vehicles.
These offences are all alleged to have occurred in the last two weeks within the Upper Mount Gravatt Police division which includes the suburbs of Eight Mile Plains, Sunnybank and Wishart.
It will be alleged that these offenders were targeting the houses when owners weren’t at home.
The 17-year-old Woodridge woman is due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow, September 20.
