What a fun day in Moorooka

Police and Volunteers in Policing (ViPs) from Upper Mount Gravatt and Centenary Crime Prevention Unit and local crews from Moorooka Police Station attended the Moorooka State School Fete on Saturday, July 21.
Attendees enjoyed meeting their local police officers and even checking out the inside of a police car, specially the kids!
Officers want to remind parents to reinforce how police can help children in times of need. If you are a parent who tells your children that if you are naughty, “Police will be called”, please don’t. Police want your children to be able to approach us at any time if they need help and not be afraid.
Thank you to the members of the public for coming and saying hello on the weekend and telling us how much you appreciate us being there. We really had a great day, hope you did too.

Spread the love
