Traffic crash, Woolloongabba

Police investigating a traffic crash in which three pedestrians were injured at Woolloongabba last night are awaiting the results of blood tests taken from the driver.
Around 9.45pm a vehicle travelling along Stanley Street, near the intersection with Allen Street, lost control and mounted the footpath, striking three pedestrians, before crashing into the front of a shop.
The pedestrians- a 23-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman from South Brisbane and a 28-year-old man from Bayview Heights – were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver, a 35-year-old man from Woolloongabba also sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital.
Investigators from the Forensic Crash Unit are appealing for witnesses, or anyone with dashcam vision of the incident to contact police.
Investigators would also like to hear from anyone, or view any footage, of the vehicle, a 1992 maroon Nissan Skyline sedan, driving in the area prior to the crash.
