On Tuesday, September 1 police from Acacia Ridge Station recovered a number of allegedly stolen tools from an address an Acacia Ridge address.
Police allege that a large quantity of tools were stolen from multiple utes that had been parked on Chamberlain Street, Tarragindi between August 29 and August 30.
Police allege that a 44-year-old Acacia Ridge man was attempting to sell the tools online.
Subsequently, the man was arrested and charged with one count of enter premises and commit indictable offence and one count of receiving tainted property.
He is due to appear at Richlands Magistrates Court on October 14.
Police urge tradies to continue to secure their tools.
