Offenders in these locations are sneaking through open and unlocked doors to steal handbags, wallets, keys and other personal items whilst residents are busy and distracted elsewhere in the house.
Consider the following precautions to help prevent crime in your area:
Lock doors, garages and windows
Lock internal door between house and garage
Install security screens and alarms
Don’t leave your valuables or keys in plain sight
Get to know your neighbours
Report any suspicious behaviour to police
