Within hours of allegedly breaking into a property at Eight Mile Plains, four boys aged between 13 and 15-years-old were apprehended in relation to a burglary investigation.
At around 1am on May 4, cash, personal identity items (including bank cards) and other property items were allegedly stolen from a car in Eight Mile Plains.
Police immediately commenced an investigation into the incident and subsequent enquiries produced a description of four alleged offenders.
A short time later, police in the Logan Division were out patrolling when they observed four boys fitting the descriptions of the alleged offenders.
The four boys were subsequently apprehended and were found to have items of suspected stolen property in their possession.
As a result of the investigation, a 13-year-old Browns Plains boy, a 15-year-old Marsden boy and two 14-year-old boys from Kingston and Heritage Park have been charged with alleged burglary and stealing offences, as well as unlawful use of a
