Community engagement at Sunnybank Plaza

Last night, officers from across South Brisbane hosted their pop-up table at Sunnybank Plaza and were joined by Acting Chief Superintendent Virginia Nelson, Inspector Mark Stewart, members of Policelink and the South Brisbane Crime Prevention Unit.
Police would like to thank the public for showing their interest in learning about personal safety, home and vehicle crime prevention information and road rules.
Police also spoke to a number of people who were keen to become Volunteers in Policing (VIPs) or future Police Recruits.
Constable Brenton Leipper also formed a good friendship with our future colleague, Jaspar who is planning to join the line of the duty in 10 years time. Good luck, Jaspar! We look forward to seeing you wearing blue.
