Community buzzing with spirit and excitement, Annerley Division

Annerley was the place to BEE on the weekend!
Police from the Annerley Division spent their Saturday morning at the Annerley Junction Fest, a street festival filled with market stalls, food trucks, arts and crafts and most importantly lots of activities for the kids!
On Sunday morning, thick fog was in the air, but that lifted just in time for one of beautiful Adopt-A-Cop schools St Elizabeth’s annual fete.
There were class rooms filled with home made cakes and fudge, rides and very important coffee for the parents and staff.
We may have turned a blind eye to lunch before were checked out all of the sweets on offer,  we possibly had more sugar than most of the children.
After meeting with the Principal, we were treated to a performance from the school band and then the choir. All this while conducting our patrols, keeping the community safe and responding to urgent calls for service.
Thanks everyone
