Morningside police have recently executed a search warrant at a Pashen Street address in Morningside where a large quantity of stolen property and drugs were located.
The warrant was executed as part of ongoing investigation where a 31-year-old man and 26-year-old female have been charged with 20 offences.
The 31-year-old male will appear before the Brisbane Magistrates Court on October 22 in relation to fraud, property and drugs charges and the 26-year-old woman will appear at the Brisbane Magistrates Court on October 29 after being charged with drug offences.
Police from Morningside are proactive in their investigations in detecting property and drug offences, and bringing offenders before the courts.
Senior Sergeant Marilyn Jackson, OIC Morningside Station, stated that the results of the search warrant were due to the commitment of Morningside Police in disrupting crime within the Morningside area.
