Care Kits Queensland and officers from Morningside CPIU combine efforts to help young lives

Care Kits for Kids Queensland volunteers, Christine Rafter, Matilda Frijters and Stephanie Hinrichs recently attended Morningside Station and met with Detective Senior Sergeant John Mison of the Child Protection and Investigation Unit.
The Care Kits volunteers proudly displayed some of their recent samples soon to be provided to front line investigators to hand out to children in need.

The volunteers collect handcrafted donations including clothing, toiletry and educational items to make the Care Kits.
These packs are then made available to responding police to hand out to children in times of crisis.
