Police are investigating a burglary incident which occurred early this morning at Eight Mile Plains.
At about 12.02am a man armed with a knife entered a residence on Devonlea Street and threatened two occupants demanding keys to a vehicle parked outside.
The men gave the man the keys who exited the house and entered a vehicle parked at that location.
The man who was unable to drive the vehicle returned to the dwelling and smashed a window.
A short time later the man left the scene in the vehicle he arrived in.
One of the male occupants of the house received minor injuries to his face when the window was smashed.
No property was taken.
Investigations are continuing.
