Police from the Upper Mount Gravatt Bike Squad have recently been seen rolling through the Arise and Rochedale Estates after a spike in break and enters in the area.
Senior Constable Gavin King and Constable Ante Boban spoke to Arise representative Vic Cahill about the events to provide Crime Prevention advice.
Police noted that a number burglaries were committed during the early hours of the morning before sunrise and during the day, while people are at work. Mr Cahill said that bollards will be installed to prevent people using an easement to drive onto the estate.
