Yeerongpilly Green has entered its next stage of development, with construction beginning on the $500 million Gloriette tower that will bring 181 apartments, landscaped gardens and publicly accessible parkland to the riverside precinct.
A sod-turning ceremony on 8 September 2026 marked the start of works on the 25-storey development, with Hutchies now on site to deliver the project.
New Homes And Green Space For Yeerongpilly Green
Gloriette will contain 181 two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments on a 4,323 sqm site at 30 Bedivere Street, with the development also located on King Arthur Terrace.
More than 2,000 sqm of landscaped gardens are planned around the building. A reduced building footprint will also create privately owned parkland that will be publicly accessible.
Designed by Rothelowman, the tower will include rooftop resident amenities and apartments with outlooks towards the Brisbane River, Indooroopilly and Brisbane golf courses, the CBD skyline and Mt Coot-tha.
The developer has identified owner-occupiers and downsizers as key prospective residents. Consolidated Properties Group has also said the project could potentially free up as many as 181 established houses for local families if residents move from those homes into Gloriette.
Precinct Continues To Grow
Gloriette forms the latest stage of the 12-hectare Yeerongpilly Green masterplan, which has been under development for about a decade through a partnership involving Consolidated Properties Group, the Queensland Government and Economic Development Queensland.
More than $170 million of development has already been delivered across the precinct, including civil infrastructure, townhouses and YG Riverside Village.
The village provides existing local amenities including Woolworths, Goodlife Health Clubs, a medical centre and food and beverage operators.
Gloriette will add another residential component to the precinct alongside those established services and open spaces.
The development is also near Yeerongpilly station and the site of the future Olympic tennis venue planned for Brisbane 2032.
Sales Launch To Follow Construction Start
The formal market release for Gloriette is planned for October 2026, with Colliers appointed to handle sales.
A dedicated display suite is also due to open in a heritage-listed Queenslander opposite the development site as the sales campaign begins.
