Following on from the success of our Oratory Parish Social on ANZAC Day, we are returning to Wellers Hill Bowls Club, 34 Esher St Tarragindi, for an afternoon of fellowship, family and fun. Each Sunday, the Bowls Club arranges for a Food Truck to be present, so all your lunching needs are taken care of. There is plenty of space for children to run around and play too. Feel free to invite family and friends along too. Show up for the afternoon or come for an hour between 12:00pm – 4:30pm finishing in time for Vespers.

The Most Precious Blood | Solemn High Mass | Thursday 1 July 6:00pm
On the Feast of the Most Precious Blood we honour Christ in the Blood which was shed for us on Calvary, the Blood offered in the Sacrifice of the Mass, and the Blood that washes and makes pure our soul inaugurating in us the beginning of eternal life. We invite you to join us in honouring the Precious Blood of Jesus as we call on his aid through the Blood that he shed for our salvation.

Mary Immaculate Church Bell
While we were ringing the Angelus during the lockdown periods, the bell has since fallen silent needing to undergo some repairs. Many people in the surrounding suburb, including non-Catholics, let us know how much they appreciated being able to hear the church bell.
We have taken this opportunity to undertake significant restoration to ensure the bell continues into the next generations and upgrade the equipment to toll the bell automatically. We will soon hear the bell again calling people to Mass and prayer with the ringing of the Angelus three times a day.
The bell restoration takes place in two stages. First a frame is built around the bell to support it in its

Novena to St Philip Neri
We invite you to join us for our Novena to St Philip Neri starting on Monday 24 May in preparation for his feast day which we will celebrate on Wednesday 2 June. This year his feast day is transferred due to the Octave of Pentecost, but we are sure he won’t mind! Prayer to St Philip Neri
Look down from heaven, Holy Father, from the loftiness of that mountain to the lowliness of this valley; from that harbour of quietness and tranquillity to this calamitous sea.
