Christmas with A Touch of Compassion

A Touch of Compassion (ATOC) is a community organisation managed by Angela and Chris Chapman who provide assistance to community members who are experiencing hardship, social isolation and need for a helping hand.

On Sunday December 15, ATOC celebrated their annual Christmas With Compassion Dinner. Many families braved the hot sweltering day to attend the iconic event at the Inala Flexi Learning Centre.
Chris Chapman said it was great to so many people supporting and assisting throughout the day, with many volunteers making light work to ensure the day ran smoothly.

Even Santa himself made a special appearance to distribute presents for the children, arriving at the event in Queensland Police vehicle.
Angela Chapman said it was a great day for the community to come together and enjoy the abundance of food.
“We have been working for many years with Inala Police who have been great supporters of A Touch of Compassion,” Ms Chapman said.
