Serious traffic crash, Morningside
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating after a serious traffic crash in Morningside overnight.
Preliminary investigations indicate just after midnight two cars collided at the intersection of Richmond Road and Molloy Road.
A 24-year-old female passenger was transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital where she remains in a critical condition.
The 22-year-old male driver of the same vehicle was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital for treatment of a broken arm.
The 65-year-old driver and sole occupant of the other vehicle was taken to hospital for observation.
Investigators are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact police.
