Puppies help celebrate heroes at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital

Brisbane Dog Squad officers and their furry friends from the G litter, Gypsie, Georgie and Gidget helped celebrate Hospital Heroes Day at the Lady Cilento Children’s hospital today.
The day was filled with plenty of pats and cuddles for the puppies who lit up the faces of both parents, children and staff alike.

Dog Squad officers hoped that today’s event provided a worthy distraction for the sick and injured children who are facing their own challenges every day.
There were plenty of big smiles on little faces which made the day just that bit brighter for the children and extremely rewarding for the officers involved.
