Police from Capalaba Station have charged a 28-year-old Wellington Point man in relation to a series of traffic offences that allegedly occurred throughout May and early June.
The conduct relates to continued and repeated behaviour over the two month period whereby the rider was observed to be riding a dirt bike in a dangerous manner on public roads and parkland throughout the Bayside area.
The motorcycle has been seized for forfeiture in accordance with Queensland legislation.
The man has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, one count of driving without due care and attention, four counts of driving an unregistered vehicle, four counts of driving an uninsured vehicle, four counts of driving whilst unlicensed and one count of failing to provide particulars at a traffic crash.
The man is due to appear at Cleveland Magistrates Court on June 25.
Police are aware of at least two other people committing
