Today, key leaders from the Queensland Chinese COVID-19 Response Committee donated over 3,000 TGA certified masks and 170 gratitude bags to frontline officers at the Upper Mount Gravatt, Acacia Ridge and Calamvale Police Stations, as well as the Garden City and Sunnybank Police Beats.

The ‘Support Our Heroes’ project, facilitated by the Queensland Chinese United Council (QCUC), aims to express the communities appreciation and gratitude towards emergency service providers and essential workers, who always go above and beyond in ensuring our communities stay safe and secure.
South Brisbane District Inspector Mark Stewart APM said the bonds between the Chinese community and the Queensland Police Service (QPS) remain strong and it is through wonderful acts of kindness by the Queensland Chinese Community that these bonds can only be strengthened.
