Chinese media representatives greeted by QPS

On Tuesday, August 27, Inspector Seia Akhavan from Queensland Police Service (QPS) Media and Public Affairs Group hosted a Chinese media morning tea in Police Headquarters.
Various Chinese media representatives from local newspapers, radio and new social medias attended the event.
Inspector Akhavan introduced the QPS Media and Public Affairs Group and explained how the QPS media team used myPolice and other social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to engage with community members about crime and community news.

He encouraged media representatives who attended to subscribe and follow all kinds of QPS social media platforms to stay up to date with news and events.
