Police across Bayside Property team, Upper Mount Gravatt Criminal Investigation Branch and Logan Central Station have charged three people with more than 15 offences after police executed several search warrants in Waterford West, Forest Lake and Woodridge.
Police have located a quantity of stolen jewellery, phones and computer accessories from break-ins across Bayside, South Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast area. Police also seized utensils used for dangerous drugs.
An 18-year-old man from Woodridge was charged with 14 offences including six counts of enter premises and commit indictable offences by break, two counts of burglary and commit indictable offence, two counts of receiving tainted property, enter dwelling with intent by break, stealing and unlawful use of motor vehicle.
Further investigations were carried out by the detectives and the man was charged for a further four counts of burglary and commit indictable offences which occurred in Victoria Point and Loganlea.
