Officers from Holland Park Station have been having a great time attending heaps of school fetes and under eight’s days before the school holidays.
We manage to fit these in while keeping on top of our other core duties and responding to the Police radio. Here are a few other things we have been up to:
Our colleague Senior Constable McCauley from Capalaba Station started this fantastic initiative last Christmas in conjunction with the Griffith University Lions craft group to knit teddies and brighten the day of some of the kids we meet.
Senior Constable Plaschke from Holland Park has now secured some teddies for our division.
It’s obvious the love and care that goes into making each of the teddies and we thank the Lions craft group for their amazing work; Constable Grant and I couldn’t choose just one favourite.
