Police have charged a man for allegedly breaching a domestic violence order in East Ipswich yesterday.
It will be alleged around 3.30pm on Joyce Street a silver Holden sedan has swerved at a Suzuki wagon travelling in the opposite direction. The Suzuki had to take evasive action to miss a collision, turned into Cotton Street and performed a U-turn. The Suzuki was headed back to Joyce Street when the Holden has stopped in front of it forcing the driver to stop.
The driver of the Holden got out and threatened the driver of the Suzuki with a baseball bat. He has allegedly removed a five-year-old boy from the back seat of the Suzuki before three other children, a 13-year-old boy, a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy, were coerced to get into the Holden.
At 7.30pm police attended at an address in Station Road at Loganlea and located the four children. Police then
