A 32-year-old man has been extradited to Queensland today following the arrest of nine people last week for their alleged involvement in a disturbance at a shopping centre in Loganholme on Monday, February 4
The 32-year-old Mount Cotton man, the alleged President of the Logan Rebels OMCG, has been extradited from Darwin and will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow. He will face charges of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm whilst a participant in a criminal organisation, affray and habitually consorting.
This follows last week’s incident where a 27-year-old man, armed with a machete was shot in the leg and a steel grate smashed through the windscreen of a silver SUV.
The 27-year-old man was charged on February 6 with going armed so as to cause fear and wilful damage, relating the removal of a GPS tracking ankle bracelet.
Seven members of the Rebels were further arrested following search warrants executed
