On Saturday, November 17 McHappy Day took place across hundreds of local McDonalds restaurants across our great State.
Here in South Brisbane, Queensland Police Officers from across the District jumped at the chance to support Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
Police Officers, New Recruits, Police Liaison Officers and Volunteers in Police had the chance to showcase their skills in flipping burgers, frying nuggets and whipping up freshly brewed coffee to hundreds of patrons throughout the day.

This year marks one of the biggest years yet for McHappy Day as they celebrate their 26th Anniversary and aim to raise a record $4 million for RMHC.
“It was great to see our Officers going above the call of duty and interacting with the customers and children with decorum, respect and integrity for this wonderful cause,” South Brisbane District’s Cross Cultural Liaison Officer Sergeant Jim Bellos said.
