Officers from South Brisbane along with Micah Projects and Common Ground Queensland held ‘Coffee with a Cop’ today at the Hope Street Café, South Brisbane.
It was a great success with many local residents coming along to chat with police and our Volunteers in Policing (ViPs).
We had plenty of information about a range of crime prevention initiatives that was handed out to the local community.
It was such a success that we will be holding ‘Coffee with a Cop’ at the Hope Street Café on the first Thursday on every month.
So come along and meet your local police and discuss any issues or just say hello.
Thanks to all who attended and were involved in the organisation of the event. Together we are working to strengthen community relationships and prevent crime.
