Today, Senior Constable Brookes and I attended one of our community housing complexes to assist in making it a happier, safer place to live.
A fantastic initiative by community programs was to install two vegepods to bring the residents together. Senior Constable Brookes and I used this engagement to attempt to breakdown barriers with the residents.
Senior Constable Brookes did some of the heavy lifting by moving the soil.
While I swooped in at the end to plant some lovely wombok and bok choy. Is it obvious that I have no idea what I am doing?
I can report that community policing (and all the plants at this stage) are alive and well in Holland Park Police Division.
